I didn't get my promised bonus…What should I do?
Before you jump down the throat of some poor customer service representative (usually my tactic), make sure you read the terms and conditions on the bonus and have complied with the requirements, especially deadline requirements.
When you're positive that you should have received a bonus, the best thing to do is to contact the casino's customer service department via phone or e-mail. If they don't respond or delay in their response, then make sure you don't play at this casino again. Since the bonus was not
money out of your pocket to begin with, it won't be too hard to just walk away and find bigger & better bonuses elsewhere.
