This is the most important question since it involves your money. Before you can begin playing for real at an Online Casino or
Sportbooks, you will need to deposit money up front. There are a variety of ways that you can deposit money. Credit card is most popular; other ways are PayPal (this is nice because the transactions are faster), wire transfer, personal checks (this takes longest since the check has to clear before you can use it for play), money order, etc. Choose a method that is comfortable to you.
When your money is deposited to the casino, regardless of the method, you will be given an account from the casino. You will use the money in this account to gamble and all winnings will be added to the account or any additional deposits. You can choose to leave the money in the account so you can continue to play over time, or if you want, you can close the account and the money remaining in the account will be returned to you. The casino will return money by check, refund your credit card (if your winnings exceed the deposit amount, your credit card will be refunded that amount and a check will be issued for the rest), or through
PayPal. Check typically take 1-2 weeks to get to you. If you don't receive your check after two weeks, you should contact the casino's customer service department.
