MAKE SURE THEY'RE REPUTABLE. Just because they're offering a bonus doesn't make them reputable. Be sure to check the casino's credentials and take a tour of the site to ensure a quality software download. 

WRITE DOWN THE BONUS CODE. After you open an account, the bonus does not automatically appear. Based on the terms and conditions, the bonus may appear after the conditions are met, or sometimes you may have to ask for it, sometimes even quoting a specific bonus code. 

CALL IF YOU NEED HELP. If your bonus doesn't arrive or if you have questions, get in touch with the casino's customer service department. Have your Membership ID and e-mail addresses available so they can track your account.
